My phone data not sure what happened but the longer l am w Lebara the more data eaten away on my podcasts l have been *** or listening to pod cast for awhile now n started with 35gb ,it starts n the beginning of the month n almost reach to the end of the month then l move to 50 gb that finished halfway the month,last month l had extra 27 gb still same finished half way of the month not sure why to cause this but maybe you can check that gor the mean time l will switch to a different carrier thank you

think not !! over 30 mins and no response from person on 1300 help line thus renewing account ? where info is required cannot begin... just saying USE WEBSITE is ineffective if personal information/details/ problem solving required..

.. now response from c/serv LISIA is name and the matter has been resolved, and due to "your" mistake my account has been reinstated.hopefully without any problems in near future...

40 MINS WAIT TIME ON THE 1300 HELP LINE BEFORE ANYONE ANSWERED... DISCUSSION REVEALED THEIR MISTAKE IN NOT UPLOADING PAYMENT INTO SYSTEM, THUS NOT REGISTERED ..UNABLE TO USE PHONE..
ALLEGEDLY CONFIRMED THAT UPGRADE AND CORRECTION EFFECTIVE... 3 HOURS LATER STILL NO ACCESS... FURTHER CALL TO 1300 NUMBER AND 45 MIN WAIT, 2ND OPERATOR ADVISED OF DIFFERENT SITUATION AND TECH PROBLEM THUS I COULD NOT CONNECT TO SYSTEM... MAYBE 8 HRS FOR POSSIBLE TECH CORRECTION.
OVERALL TIME WASTED TODAY IN EXCESS OF 2 1/4 HOURS AND NO SATISFACTORY RESULT... LOOKING INTO ANOTHER PHONE PROVIDER FOR SURE.

My sim is not working. So I am not able to contact lebara customer service. Me mobile number is 045009****.
What should I do? Or how can I get duplicate sim.

Lebara have stop people from buying cheap 30-days-plans to access mobile-data: via monthly activation of NEW prepaid-plans. I have being buying their cheap 30-day plans for mobile-data use.

I have being buying their cheap 30-day plans for mobile-data use, eg $12 for 100GB on special. Monthly activation of NEW-plans is inconvenience & require planning: not quoting their new mobile # to friends etc.
5-Aug-23, they have now implemented a NEW-process that stop users from doing the above.
Lebara limits the mobile# users are able to have assigned to their name, say 5#s.
This is done via a process set up to deliberately frustrate: requesting user to validate sms send to their old mobile# (user thrown-away old sim-cards), & not validate users via other info, eg email, name, physical address, dob etc. Effectively, user can't cancel old mobile#s used in the past.

I purchased a LEBARA 25GB 30 DAY SIM at Coles supermarket in Scarborough today and attempted to activate it by both Using the Lebara app and by going to the Lebara web site but in both cases my attempts were rejected by your systems.
It would appear that your system is not compatable with my UK credit card and would not accept either my UK address or my temporary Australian address.
I would therefore request that you provide a full refund as I am not able to proceed with this sim.
Please note that I wasted over an hour this morning trying to resolve this with your 'live çhat' facility but with zero success.

My self and my wife both used lebara SIM card. But the problem is I was unable to talk to my wife on the mobile phone
False Advertising, shonky business practice
PLEASE STAY AWAY TO BUY ANY PRE-PAID PLAN FROM LEBARA.
My $49.90 Lebara Extra Large Plan includes unlimited fixed and mobile calls to 43 countries including many European countries. However over the last month my calls to Europe have been cut off after a certain period.
Lebara advised that certain European countries have been removed from the plan and therefore calls to these destination are charged as per their rate sheet. Amazingly on Lebara's website these countries are still listed to be included in that plan (critical information summary). As this is false advertising and a serious breach of initial agreement and contractual matter I have lodged a formal complaint with the Telefon Industry Ombudsman.
Lebara promised that management from the head office will call me. However I am still waiting for the last 2 days.
SO STAY AWAY FROM LEBARA AS THEIR ARE USING SHONKY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
